Getting Ready For The First Lesson
The clock hit 7:50 it was time to get out of bed and get ready, so I got up as slowly as I can still half asleep. I stand up and stretch and out comes a “YAAAWN”. Because I have older brothers and sisters they like to take there time in the shower. So I wake up as early as possible and go have a shower and brush my teeth. After brushing I quickly rush into my room and jump into my uniform.
I stroll along to the kitchen to make my lunch usually I would make my lunch the night before and leave it in the fridge. I head for the kitchen table as my mum already left out cereal and milk before she went off to work. So I head out the door and power walk all the way to school. As I get closer and closer I get a bit tired I walk down the horizontal pathway thats headed straight to the other side of the parking.
When I get up to the side of the road I can see the gate that grants me access to the front of the school. I walk up to the gate and walk through it as I walk down the two steps. I turn to the left and then to the right, into my classroom just as the bell rings to start school. I’m just in time and ready for the first lesson of the day.
Hello, my name is Josiah ,I'm like you in the morning.I literally have to drag myself out of bed!
ReplyDeleteHi Ms Paget,
ReplyDeleteI like the way that you describe how you get to school. I can be lazy as well because sometimes I take a long time to get out of bed as well. Why do you take a long time waking up?

Hi Jabez
ReplyDeletethis is a very descriptive piece of writing. It is very detailed with a lot of complex words. Next time you should put your capitals in the right place. Cant wait to read more.
Kind Regards Rocky
